Return & Refund Policy
Returns / Refunds must be done within Five (5) working days starting from the day the goods received by you. You may return your order ONLY IF you received the wrong products in the package from what you ordered.
To return / refund, please make sure that you comply with the following rules :
- You have proof of purchases. (Order invoice number and receipt)
- The goods is in new conditions, not tempered in any ways and returned in original, unopened packaging along with all the original accessories. (Including Manuals, Warranty Cards, Certificates of authenticity) and any other free gifts received with it.
- The products must not have been used.

Once we received the products, we will evaluate the conditions and inspects the goods. If the requirements, the good's condition and other requirement is valid and fulfilled, we will process the replacement of the goods or make the refund. But if your return is not comply with the requirements mentioned, we will notify you via email and send back the goods to registered address, and the delivery fees will be charged. So we strongly advise for you to contact us first regarding your issues before proceeding to return the products.
Please note that we reserve the rights to reject any return or refund if deemed fit and reasonable.
