Working Pressure standard - up to PN16
PN25 Working pressure are upon request.

DUVALCO SINGLE AND DOUBLE ORIFICE AIR VALVE PN10 / PN16

Duvalco Valve offers a range of air valve that follow the requirements to either filling or emptying of the water main plus removal of accumulated air in normal service. Duvalco air valve are manufactured in ductile iron body, these valves can be tailored to most application and usages. Potable water compatible materials to BS 6920, EPDM seat to EN 681-1.

DUVALCO DOUBLE FLANGE ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVE (ESJ)

The fully metricated range of duvalco butterfly valve features a distinctive disc, shaft and seat geometry which gives positiv leak-proof shut off on rubber to metal faces. The principle has been proven on many examples supplied for waterworks duties, power station circulating water system and varied industrial applications. The disc takes the form of section cut through a sphere and works in conjuction with a cone-shaped seating in the body. The disc shaft bearings are offset along the pipe axis from the place of the seating, so that in the "shut" position, there is an unbroken perpheral seal between the body and disc.

On the other axis, the centerline of the duvalco butterfly valve shaft is slightly offset from the centre of the shaft bore and this produces a tightening of the faces together on the last fraction of the closing movement which breaks immediately the opening rotation begins resulting in low operation torque.
